By working with Founder Flite®, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Work

Every project begins with a clear agreement on what is included.

This may include website design, Shopify setup, landing pages, branding, AI automations, copywriting, or other agreed services. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional time, cost, and approval before it begins.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before any project begins. For most projects, 50% is paid upfront and the remaining balance is due before final handover.

Payments are non-refundable once work has started, as time, strategy, and resources are committed to your project.

If a payment is delayed, Founder Flite® reserves the right to pause work until payment is received.

3. Revisions

We want you to be happy with the final result.

Most projects include a limited number of revisions, which will be discussed before work begins.

Additional revisions outside the agreed amount may be charged separately.

4. Timelines & Deadlines

Project timelines depend on the size and complexity of the work. Delays in receiving content, images, feedback, approvals, or access details may affect the final delivery date.

Founder Flite® is not responsible for delays caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, apps, or client-side delays.

5. Ownership & Rights

Once the final payment has been made, you own the final approved work.

Founder Flite® may still showcase completed work in its portfolio, social media, or marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any unused concepts, drafts, or rejected designs remain the property of Founder Flite®.

6. Communication

Clear communication helps projects move faster.

Clients are expected to provide feedback, approvals, and requested assets within a reasonable timeframe.

If there is no response for 14 days or more, the project may be paused or closed.

7. Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has started, payments already made are non-refundable.

Any completed work up to that stage may be invoiced separately if needed.

Founder Flite® reserves the right to cancel a project if there is abusive behaviour, repeated delays, lack of communication, or requests outside the agreed scope.

8. Liability

Founder Flite® will always aim to deliver high-quality work.

However, we cannot guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, ad performance, or business outcomes.

Results depend on many factors including the offer, market, pricing, traffic, competition, and client execution.

9. Confidentiality

Any private information shared during the project will be treated confidentially.

Founder Flite® will never share sensitive business information without permission.

10. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time.

By continuing to work with Founder Flite®, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
