E-commerce website focused on conversions, product education, bundles, and a premium customer experience.


About the project
The brand had high-quality Manuka honey, but the website was not doing enough to educate customers or build trust.
The goal was to create a more premium and conversion-focused website experience. We improved the branding, product pages, bundle offers, and educational content around MGO levels and product benefits. The customer journey was simplified to help visitors understand the products faster and make purchase decisions with more confidence. The new website was designed to improve trust, increase average order value, and position Royal Bizz as a premium Manuka honey brand.

Challanges
The challenge was helping customers understand the difference between MGO levels while making the products feel premium.
Most customers did not understand the difference between 30+, 100+, and 300+ Manuka honey. We introduced stronger product education, clearer messaging, better upsells, and more trust-building sections across the website.
The result was a store that made the products easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to buy.
